Terms of Service

purelyvela.com  ·  Effective: May 14, 2026  ·  Last Updated: May 14, 2026

Please read these Terms carefully before using Vela. By accessing our website, requesting a free Vela Score, or enrolling in a Vela program, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. About Vela

Vela ("we," "us," or "our") operates the AI visibility platform and education programs available at purelyvela.com. Vela helps small businesses understand and improve their visibility across AI-powered search tools such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI, Bing Copilot, and similar platforms.

Vela is operated by Vela LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company. By using our service you are entering into a binding agreement with Vela LLC.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into contracts on behalf of yourself or your business to use Vela. By using the service you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. What We Offer

3.1 The Free Vela Score

Vela offers a free AI visibility audit — the Vela Score — based on information you provide and our analysis of your business’s public online presence. The free Vela Score includes an overall visibility score, the stage you fall into on the Vela spectrum, and a plain-language explanation of what it means. It is provided free of charge and is the entry point to our paid programs.

3.2 The Vela Cohort

Our primary paid offering is the Vela Cohort — a structured, six-week group education program that teaches small business owners how to improve their AI search visibility. The cohort includes self-paced video modules, downloadable action guides, and a series of live group calls. Cohorts run on fixed dates with a limited number of participant seats. The current cohort price is $997 per participant, payable in advance at enrollment.

3.3 Alumni Community

Cohort graduates may join the Vela Alumni Community, an ongoing membership offering continued resources, periodic score check-ins, platform updates, and peer support. The community is billed as a recurring monthly subscription (currently $29–$49/month) and may be cancelled at any time.

3.4 Re-Audit

Cohort graduates may purchase a one-time Re-Audit (currently $197), in which we generate a fresh Vela Score and updated recommendations reflecting changes since their original audit.

3.5 Future Offerings

Vela may introduce additional programs, products, or services over time. These Terms apply to all current and future paid offerings unless separate terms are provided at the point of purchase.

3.6 Informational Nature of the Service

Vela’s scores, curriculum, and recommendations are educational and informational in nature. They are based on information you provide and our analysis of current AI search visibility factors. Vela makes no guarantee that completing the cohort or following our recommendations will result in your business appearing in, or being recommended by, any AI search tool. Results vary based on factors outside our control.

4. Enrollment and Accounts

To enroll in the cohort or access paid materials you may need to provide account or contact information and access to a private curriculum workspace. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep any access credentials confidential. Curriculum materials, workspace links, and call recordings are for your individual use only and may not be shared, resold, or redistributed. Notify us immediately at contact@purelyvela.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Cohort enrollment and Re-Audit purchases are one-time charges billed in advance. The Alumni Community is billed as a recurring monthly subscription that automatically renews until cancelled. By providing your payment information you authorize Vela to charge your payment method for the applicable fees. All fees are in US Dollars.

Vela reserves the right to change prices for future cohorts, memberships, or offerings. Any price change applies only to purchases made after the change takes effect — it does not affect a cohort or membership term you have already paid for.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

Refund eligibility is described in full in our Refund Policy. In summary: cohort enrollments are refundable within a limited window near the start of the program; the Alumni Community may be cancelled at any time and remains active through the end of the current billing month; and Re-Audits are non-refundable once delivered.

7. Participant Conduct

The cohort is a shared, small-group environment. You agree to engage respectfully with other participants and the Vela team. We reserve the right to remove any participant whose conduct is abusive, disruptive, or harmful to other members, without refund where the removal results from a material violation of these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property

All curriculum, videos, action guides, written materials, the Vela Score methodology, and the design and content of the Vela platform are owned by Vela LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. Your enrollment grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access and use these materials for your own business. You may not copy, record, redistribute, resell, or publicly share any program materials without written permission.

You retain ownership of all business information you submit to Vela. By submitting it you grant Vela a limited license to use that information solely to provide the service to you.

9. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:
