1. About Vela

Vela ("we," "us," or "our") operates the AI visibility auditing platform available at purelyvela.com. Vela provides small businesses with scored reports, recommendations, and ongoing monitoring related to their visibility across AI-powered search tools such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI, Bing Copilot, and similar platforms.

Vela is operated by Vela LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company. By using our service you are entering into a binding agreement with Vela LLC.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into contracts on behalf of yourself or your business to use Vela. By using the service you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. The Service

3.1 Free Audit

Vela offers a free AI visibility audit based on information you provide about your business. The free audit generates an overall visibility score and identifies your top three improvement areas. Access to the full report, detailed recommendations, and ongoing monitoring requires a paid subscription.

3.2 Paid Subscriptions

Vela offers the following subscription plans:

• Starter Plan — $49/month or $490/year: Full audit report, prioritized fix guide, monthly re-audit, email reporting, and score history dashboard.
• Growth Plan — $99/month or $990/year: Everything in Starter plus competitor comparison, keyword gap analysis, priority alerts, downloadable PDF reports, and a quarterly strategy call with the Vela team.

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are in US Dollars.

3.3 Informational Nature of the Service

Important: Vela's audit reports and recommendations are based on information you provide and AI analysis of that information. They are informational and educational in nature only. Vela makes no guarantee that following our recommendations will result in your business appearing in any AI search results. Results vary based on factors outside our control.

4. Account Registration

To access paid features you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at contact@purelyvela.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing your payment information you authorize Vela to charge your payment method for the subscription fees on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time through your account dashboard.

Vela reserves the right to change subscription prices with 30 days written notice. Price changes take effect at your next renewal date.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account and navigating to Billing Settings, or by emailing contact@purelyvela.com. Upon cancellation your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time on monthly plans.

Annual plans cancelled within 30 days of purchase are eligible for a prorated refund as described in our Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, functionality, software, and design elements of the Vela platform are owned by Vela LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of our platform without written permission.

You retain ownership of all business information you submit to Vela. By submitting information you grant Vela a limited license to use that information solely to provide the service to you.

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
• Submit false, misleading, or inaccurate information about your business
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract data from the platform
• Resell or commercially exploit the service without written permission
• Use the service in any way that could harm or disable the platform
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. VELA DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE. VELA EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VELA LLC, ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL VELA'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO VELA IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vela LLC and its owners, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the service or your violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Chester County, Pennsylvania.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the platform. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
